Cancellation Policy

At Olympus Learning, we understand that schedules sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both families and tutors, while ensuring tutors’ time is respected.

More Than 24 Hours’ Notice

If a lesson needs to be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge. Rescheduling is always possible where the tutor has availability.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice

If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full lesson fee applies.

This policy ensures tutors are fairly compensated for time that has been reserved specifically for your child.
